Restaurant Style Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks | The Best Homemade Recipe | New York Style

Hey y'all hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing our New York Style Stuffed Breadsticks. We think these are better than any restaurant breadsticks.

We made a video showing how I make them. You can find that here.

The night before make the dough. To the mixing bowl add in 2 cups of cold water, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1.5 teaspoon of salt.

Next add in 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil for great flavor.

As well as 5 cups of bread flour. More flour may be needed.

Now mix this for a few minutes. The dough should form a ball and not stick to
your hands so you can work with it.

Then grease a bowl add the dough and cover. Put this in the fridge till the next day.

Let the dough sit at room temperature one hour before working with it.

Divide the dough in half and then each half into 6 pieces. For a total of 12 pieces.

Now flatten out and add a mozzarella stick. Wrap up the dough, tucking in the ends and sealing it
up.

Add them to a greased pan 1" apart .

Cover and let them rest till they are doubled in size. This may
take longer than usual since everything is cold.

Bake at 300 degrees for 10
minutes turn and cook 10 more minutes. Watch closely so the cheese
doesn't ooze out.

Once they are done brush them with butter. Let them cool, serve and enjoy!
