Hey y'all hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing a new twist on pizza!
We made a video showing how I make them. You can find that here.
To the mixing bowl add in 1 cup of warm water around 110-115 degrees, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of yeast and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
To add even more flavor to the crust add in 1/2 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Now add in 3 cups of bread flour or all purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.
You may need to add more oil if the mixture is too dry. Put
your mixer on level 2 and let your dough knead for 5 minutes.
Roll the dough out to 1/4" thick. Cut the dough into 1" strips.
Add the filling. I am using pepperoni and cheese but use your favorites!
Carefully roll up making a pizza rose.
Place the pizza in a muffin pan. This step is very important. This helps it to hold its shape.
Bake at 300 for 10-20 minutes. Until it is golden brown. (Your baking time may
vary depending on the appliance you are using)
