Triple Berry Cream Cheese Cake

Hey y'all hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing our triple berry cream cheese cake. I also share how I make cake flour homemade!

I made a video showing how I make it. You can find that here.

First mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl add 1 cup of flour, take
out 2 tablespoons of flour add in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and sift 2 times. It is that easy to make cake flour.  Add 1 teaspoon of
baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt whisk together and sift with the cake flour ingredients.

In A mixing bowl,
whisk together one egg and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar until combined.

Whisk in 1/2 cup of
cream cheese, 1/4 cup of butter, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Add dry ingredients into wet
ingredients and mix everything together.

Carefully fold in 1 1/2 cups of berries.

Add to the pan.

To make the cream cheese filling, mix 6 oz of cream cheese,
3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of corn starch, and 1 teaspoon of
vanilla just to combine.

Carefully spread on top.

Bake at 300 degrees for 20
minutes turning halfway. Let it cool 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the glaze.
Stir 3/4 cup of powdered sugar with 2 teaspoons of milk.

Add to the top.

Bake 23 more minutes turning halfway through.
(Your baking time may vary depending
on the appliance you are using)

Let it cool and enjoy!

  1. Hi Kari, I can’t find your email so I’m asking here. You had a cheesy biscuit (kinda like red lobster) recipe up that was divine. I had it open on my phone and now it says can’t find the page. Do you still have the recipe somewhere? Thanks!
