Next Level Lasagna | An Easy Simple And Delicious Recipe | Homemade From Scratch

Hey y'all hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing Robert's next level lasagna. This is our favorite way to make it!

To start cook 1-2 lb of meat and set it aside to cool.

Next mix up 24 oz of cottage cheese and 15 oz of ricotta cheese. As well as 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.

 Then add in 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic and 3/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix the cheese filling mixture until everything is well incorporated.

 Cut the patties into 1/2-3/4" chunks.

 Add in 4 chopped mozzarella sticks.

 As well as 1 1/2 - 2 jars of sauce. Depending on the type of noodles you are using. 

 Add the noodles to the bottom of the pan for the base and top evenly with a layer of the meat sauce mixture.

 Now add another layer of noodles then the cheese mixture with as much contact with the noodles as possible. Next add another layer of noodles and then the remaining meat mixture.

 Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. (Your baking time may vary depending on the appliance you are using)

 Top the lasagna with cheese and let it cool for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Next Level Lasagna

Ingredients

• 1-2 lb ground beef or 4-8 burgers cubed

• 4 mozzarella cheese sticks chopped in 1/2 in pieces (optional)

• 8 oz mushrooms (optional)

• 15 oz ricotta cheese

• 24 oz large curd cottage cheese

• 1 cup Parmesan cheese

• 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

• 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic

• 1 1/2-2 jars of sauce

• 2 boxes lasagna noodles (oven ready)

• 2 cups mozzarella cheese

To start cook the meat and set it aside to cool. Mix up the

cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian

seasoning and garlic. Cut the patties into 1/2-3/4" chunks. Add in

the chopped mozzarella sticks and sauce. Add noodles to the

meat sauce mixture. Add another layer of noodles then the

cheese mixture with as much contact with the noodles as

possible. Next add another layer of noodles and the remaining

and let cool for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
