Easy Homemade Cheesecake | From Scratch To The Table In 30 Minutes!

Hey y'all! Hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing how I make cheesecake from scratch in 30 minutes.

I made a video showing how I make it. You can find that here.

To start make the crust. You can make a regular pie crust but we are making a graham cracker crust. It is super simple to make. Add 1 sleeve of graham crackers and 1/3 cup of sugar to the food processor.

Once that is mixed up while the food processor is on drizzle in 6 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix that until it starts to come together.

It is that simple to make graham cracker crust. Just be sure and press it into the pan so it holds together.

Mix 1 lb of cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar together in a mixing bowl until
smooth. Then scrape down the sides.

Blend in 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of milk, then mix in 2 eggs, one at a time, until just combined.

Add 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/8 cup of flour, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla; mix until smooth. Pour filling onto prepared crust.

Bake in the air fryer convection oven at 350 for 12 minutes
(Your baking time may vary depending on the appliance you are using).

Let it come to room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
