Easy Giant Cookie Cake | 5 Ingredient | Cake Mix Hack | Holiday Cookie Recipe Exchange | Beginner

Hey y'all hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing our giant skillet cookie. This is a great cake mix hack.

I made a video showing how I make it. You can find that here.

To a mixing bowl add in 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of melted butter.

Then add in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Now add in a yellow cake mix and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix all of this together until it is well incorporated.

It's optional but it is really fun to add in sprinkles, chocolate chips and or candies
like m&m's.

Put the dough into a cast iron skillet or a pan.

I bake mine in my air fryer at 325 for 15 minutes turn and bake 10 more
minutes. (Your baking time may vary depending on the appliance or pan
you are using).

Let it cool. When it is almost cooled make the icing this is optional. Whip 4 oz of cream cheese, 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar.

Then add in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of milk together. You may need to adjust the powdered sugar and milk. You want the icing very thick.

Add it to a piping bag. You can cool it in the fridge to help it to thicken.

Now comes the fun part. The decorating! Add whatever toppings and/or icing you want or it is delicious plain.
