Easy Homemade Creamy Cheese Sauce | One Pot | Mac And Cheese | Cheesy Vegetables

Hey y'all! Hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing how I make my easy cheese sauce. This is so good I haven't bought the box mix mac-n-cheese since. This also takes about the same amount of time to cook.

I made a video showing how I make it. You can find that here.

If you are making mac and cheese. Put a pot of water on to boil. If you are using it for vegetables get them steaming or cooking.

To start melt the butter in the pan on medium high and get it hot
but not smoking.

Now add the flour and whisk in. Stir constantly and cook for 1 minute.

Then whisk in the milk and cook 10 minutes or until thickened. Be sure and stir this often.

Cook your noodles when the water starts to boil.

Once the milk is thick add in your choice of cheese. Our favorites are three cheese and Mexican with the taco seasoning.

As well as cream cheese and your favorite seasonings. Mix this all together until it is well incorporated. Keep on warm until you are ready to use it.

Once the noodles are done mix in enough cheese sauce to coat the noodles.

Once the veggies are done add the sauce to the top.
