Pumpkin Spice Gooey Butter Cookies | Cake Mix Hack

Hey y'all hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing my favorite pumpkin spice gooey butter cookies. This is my favorite cake mix hack.

I made a video showing how I make it. You can find that here.

To start mix the butter and cream cheese.

Once they are mixed add the egg and the vanilla. Mix all of that together.

Now add in the cake mix. Mix everything for 1 minute until it is well incorporated.

Scrape off the beater and chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour or the freezer for 30 minutes.

Once the dough has chilled. Roll the dough into 1" balls and roll in the powdered sugar and place on a lined pan.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 7 minutes (Your baking time may vary
depending on the appliance you are using).

I like to take mine off the pan and onto the serving dish as soon as they come out of the oven so they don't continue to cook and stay nice and gooey. I also like to dust mine with more powdered sugar. They look prettier and taste even better!
