Hey y'all! Hope you are doing well. Today Robert is going to share his 5 minute soft serve ice cream recipe. It is the middle of summer and it is crazy hot in the south. Ice cream sounds so good right now.

Quick and Easy Soft Serve Ice cream
You can use whatever kind of frozen fruit you like. In this recipe we use:
1/2 cup sugar
1 Heaping Tablespoon Malt powder
1 1/2 -2 cups Frozen Wild Blueberries
2 - 2 1/2 cups Frozen Strawberries
Heavy cream
To High powered Blender add sugar, malt, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries and enough cream to cover the berries. Blend on highest setting
For milkshake consistency add less fruit/more cream
For soft serve consistency add more fruit and less cream
For firm consistency place in the freezer for an hour or overnight
