Air Fryer Ranch Fries

Hey y'all! Hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing how I make my air fryer ranch fries.

I made a video showing how I make them. You can find that here.

To start I cut 4 medium sized potatoes into 3/4" strips putting the cut potatoes in a bowl, add water, and let them sit for a few minutes to draw out the starch.

While it is sitting I gather the rest of my ingredients. I need ranch powder, breadcrumbs, all purpose flour, Parmesan cheese and oil. Next I strain them. Then add the potatoes back to the bowl and cover them with water to sit one more time. In the meantime I add all the dry ingredients and mix the seasoning well then add the oil and mix it well again. The mixture shouldn't be too thick or too thin or it will not stick to the potatoes.

Then I strain the potatoes and dry each individual one with a towel.

Once each one is dried really well I add it to the seasoning mixture. Once they are all added I mix it up. Coating each potatoes as much as possible.

Once they are fully coated I line a pan with foil and set the air fryer tray on top of the pan and then add the coated potatoes to the tray.

Then I bake them at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. If you like them crispier cook them longer (Your baking time may vary depending on the appliance you are using) .

These are good on

their own but are even better dipped in sour cream. Cool and Enjoy!
